A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order placement to secure your spot in production.
The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or shipment of the completed box.
Orders will not be delivered or shipped until the full balance has been paid.
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted.

Production time does not begin until:
- The design and color selections are finalized, and
- Written approval (email sign-off) is received from the customer.
Processing times may be extended depending on the volume of orders placed prior to yours.
Progress photos will be taken and shared with the customer throughout the design and creation process.
Final photos will be provided prior to shipment when applicable.

Once an order has been shipped, Crafty Roots, LLC is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers, including but not limited to USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Crafty Roots, LLC is not liable for any damage incurred once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Responsibility transfers fully to the carrier at the time the package is handed over for shipment.

Filled box shipping: $50 standard shipping and handling fee.
Shipping and handling fees are estimated standard rates and may increase or decrease depending on factors such as package size, weight, destination, and carrier requirements.
If an adjustment to the shipping and handling fee is necessary, Crafty Roots, LLC will communicate with the customer prior to shipment to discuss any changes and work together to determine the best option.

Local delivery is available for customers located within 10 miles of Roseville.

Customers may choose to select items directly from the Crafty Roots website to fill their box.

All items listed on the site reflect current inventory only and are subject to change.
Inventory availability may change every few months and is not guaranteed beyond the time of selection.

If you request the box to be filled with items not available on the website and require Crafty Roots to shop on your behalf, an additional $20 shopping fee will apply.
Customers may also choose to purchase items independently (e.g., Amazon) and have them shipped directly to the Crafty Roots P.O. Box for box filling.

All boxes are made from natural wood, plywood, or wood-like materials, and wood grain patterns vary from piece to piece.

Variations may include differences in grain, knots, markings, or natural imperfections.
Ordering or viewing one box does not guarantee identical grain patterns or characteristics in future orders.
